Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-4062 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 3105 IN 1835 NAPOLI LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON OCTOBER 14, 2004, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3660, PAGE 2592, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
