UNIT 10901, OLE' AT LELY RESORT, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4270, PAGE 615, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
commonly known as 9089 CHULA VISTA STREET #10901, NAPLES, FL 34113 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Edward B. Pritchard of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiffs attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, within 30 days from the first date of publication and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
