NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 15, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-003863 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Dennis DiSarro; Concetta DiSarro; Valencia Golf and Country Club Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Orange Tree Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, in the lobby of third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 13 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 146, VALENCIA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB - PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 11 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
