NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 13, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001371 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC.,BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-6 MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-6 is the Plaintiff and STEVEN KRAUSE; MARIPOSA AT WHIPPOORWILL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A NICOLE CHARTER are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 10 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT TH-24-101 OF MARIPOSA AT WHIPPOORWILL CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3919, PAGE 2136, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
