NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Plaintiff's Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor. Lobby, Naples, FL 34112 on the 10th day of June, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Sec. 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, the following property:
Parcel 1:
Tract 9 and 10, Golden Gate Estates Unit 45, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 30, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Parcel 2:
Tract 109, Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 36, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 86, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT that portion in the Order of Taking recorded in O.R. Book 3100, Page 2646, for road purposes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
