Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-2612 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1903 Regent Park Villas II, more particularly described as: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 5, Regent Park Replat, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 57 and 58, of the Pubic Records of Collier County , Florida; run S 89°06'09” E for 579.15 feet to the Southerly Extension of the Westerly line of Lot 1903 and the centerline of an interior wall; thence run North 00°53'51” E, along said centerline for 20.23 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 1903 for the Point of Beginning, thence continue N 00°53'51” E, along said centerline for 62.83 feet; thence run S 89°06'09” E for 23.67 feet to the intersection with the extension of the centerline of an interior wall; thence run S 00°53'51” W, along said centerline, for 62.83 feet; thence run N 89°06'09” W for 25.67 feet to the Point of Beginning. (“Property”
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
