NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 13 May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1203119CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Allan Wilson, Anne Wilson, Cornerstone Developers, Inc., Tall Pines Property Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 10 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 34, TALL PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 70 AND 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
