NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002440 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which PNC Mortgage, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Joseph P. Elsaesser a/k/a Joseph Elsaesser, Jean A. Elsaesser, United States of America Acting on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development , Unknown Tenant #1 nka Rachel Perkins, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 10th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 22, BLOCK 164, UNIT 5, GOLDEN GATE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 117 THROUGH 123 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 5241 HUNTER BLVD, NAPLES, FL 34116
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
