NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 13 May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1203285CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to Lasalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-OA6 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Steven A. Soboleski a/k/a Steven Soboleski, Naples Bay Club, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 10 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
APARTMENT 213, NAPLES BAY CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 680, PAGES 1022 THROUGH 1086, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1560, PAGE 1966, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
