YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Unit #104, of Glencove Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in O.R. Book 1272, Pages 1371 through 1488, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 29, Pages 117 through 121, all of the Public Records of Collier, County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: ANDREW S. PROVOST, ESQ.
