Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on June 12, 2013 at 11:00 0'clock AM in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following property situated in Collier County, Florida to wit:
Lot 106, IMPERIAL GOLF ESTATES, PHASE 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page(s) 61 through 64, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
pursuant to the order or Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:

and the docket number which is 13-CA-000063.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
