NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-004769 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, f/k/a AH Mortgage Acquisition Co., Inc., is the Plaintiff and, Allen R. Duquet, Nicole Duquet, Jane Doe n/k/a Jennifer Sopka, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 25, BLOCK 102, OF MARCO BEACH UNIT THREE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 17 TO 24 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 1527 BUCCANEER CT., MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
