NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 2nd day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001000, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein ING BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER J TABICK; 6TH AVENUE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; JENNIFER L TABICK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 13th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5, 6TH AVENUE CONDOMINIUM INC., A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1634, PAGE 6620, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 30, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
