ALSO: THE WEST 30 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST. LESS THE SOUTH 198 FEET THEREOF.
