NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2013, and entered in Civil Case No. 11-2009-CA-003559-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein LANSDOWNE MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY DWYER and SARA DWYER are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY, AT 11:00 A.M. on June 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 10, BLOCK 147, MARCO BEACH UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 1872 DOGWOOD DR., MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
