NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 10779 DIV B, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff and RONALD J. PERRAULT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD J. PERRAULT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; GREYHAWK LANDING PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 74, GREYHAWK LANDING, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 129 THROUGH 140 OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
