NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-02262 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Doug D. Felske a/k/a Douglas Felske, Woodgate at Naples, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 13 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. K-102, WOODGATE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM F/K/A TREE TOPS OF NAPLES SECTION II CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 974, PAGES 1306 THROUGH 1394, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH
ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
