NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009 ca 002140 AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America National Association as Successor by Merger to Lasalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Loan Trust 2006-3AR, Plaintiff and Wayne A. Rogers and Keith R. Kropp are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on June 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 2, OF ILEXHURST SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
