NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-002628 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and RICHARD A. MENEELY; HELEN I. MENEELY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 23 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
