NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-000455 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC is the Plaintiff and EMMANUELA PHILIPPE; MARIE KESLAIRE JEAN LOUIS-REMEDOR A/K/A JEAN MARIE REMEDOR A/K/A JEAN M. REMEDOR; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ABERDEEN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE COUNTY, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A PETER REMEDOR, and TENANT #2 N/K/A WENDY REMEDOR are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 23 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
