NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006321 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey Wagner, Janet Wagner, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as nominee for First Horizon Home Loan Corporation and Tenant # 1 also known as Michael Penkava are defendants, the Office of Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on July 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
