TERMEER A/K/A JEFFREY TERMEER; INGRID HEIDI TERMEER; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 21 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
