LOT 198 FOXBROOK PHASE IIIA, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 114 THROUGH 121, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 17706 BRIDLEWOOD COURT, PARRISH, FL 34219.
You are required to file your written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
