LOT 33, REGENCY PARK, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 78 AND 79, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7331 HEATH DR, PORT RICHEY, FL 34668; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on June 13, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
