NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Re-scheduling Foreclosure sale entered on May 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CC-01912-WS, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GULF ISLAND BEACH & TENNIS CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION II, INC., is Plaintiff, and GULF ISLAND RESORT, L.P., a Delaware Limited Partnership are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 10, 2013, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 604W, of GULF ISLAND BEACH & TENNIS CLUB II, A Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3300, page 208, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
