Unit 4, CRESTWOOD VILLAS OF SARASOTA, SECTION 11, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2148, Page 1429, and as amended, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 28, Page 16 through 16F, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
has been filed against you are you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on:
