NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 019934 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2007-J2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and NGUYEN VU; THU H NGUYEN A/K/A THU NGUYEN; RED HAWK RESERVE HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S)N/K/A AIDEN NGUYEN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 146, RED HAWK RESERVE, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
