THE WEST 11.88 FEET OF LOT 45 AND ALL OF LOT 47, CLARKS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 143 AND THE EAST 11 FEET OF LOT 15, BLOCK E. GLENWOOD PARK, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
