NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 2, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-009910-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Debra M. Brown, Widow and Surviving Spouse of W. Michael Brown, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on June 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 930, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
