NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-06949 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-AR6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR6 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated March 1, 2005, is the Plaintiff and Michael Grady, Gulfstream Towers Association, Inc., are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 18th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 507, GULFSTREAM TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 505, PAGE(S) 53-83, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 13 THROUGH 17 INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
