NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 019484 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC, is the Plaintiff and FREDERICK A TORRES; MARIA A TORRES; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JUNE 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 103, 7TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 19, 19A THROUGH 19N, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
