NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed MAY 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 003310 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P. is Plaintiff and DANNY LEWIS A/K/A DANNY E. LEWIS; DARLENE LEWIS; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 12th day of JUNE, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11 AND 12, IN BLOCK C, SARASOTA HIGHLANDS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
