NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 8th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003343 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff JULIAN MCCANN A/K/A JULIAN A. MCCANN, JULIAN A. MCCANN, AS TRUSTEE OF THE JULIAN A. MCCANN TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 4, 2005, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) A/K/A DIANNE HIGDON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK K, HIGHLAND PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
