NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on May 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008308 NC, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. or as soon as possible thereafter on the 20 day of June, 2013, the following property in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:

That part of Tract 5, Block 1, in Section 3, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, Bee Ridge Farms Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book A, Page 40, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and in Plat Book 1, Page 248, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Commence at the intersection of the North line of said Section 3, centerline of Bee Ridge Road) and the centerline of Sawyer Road (50 feet wide); thence South 190 feet, along said centerline of Sawyer Road; thence East parallel to the North of said Section 3, 25 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence continue East 250 feet; thence South 140 feet; thence West 250 feet; thence North 140 feet to the Point of Beginning;

The South 55 feet of the North 385 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Bee Ridge Farms Subdivision of Section 3, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 248 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; LESS Right of Way for Sawyer Road and LESS Right of Way for S.A.L. That part of Tract 5, Block 1, Section 3, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, Bee Ridge Farms Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book A, Page 40, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and in Plat Book 1, Page 248, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Commence at the intersection of the North line of said Section 3, and the centerline of Sawyer Road, said point being the Northwest Corner of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 3; .
Thence S 00°04'31”E., along the centerline of Sawyer Road, and the East line of said Northeast 1/4, 385.00 feet; Thence N 89°54'59”E, parallel with the North line of said Northeast 1/4, 227.00 feet for a Point of Beginning;
Thence continue N 89°54'59”E., 116.13 feet to a ½” Capped Iron Rod “LB 081”, said point being on the West line of the East 329.85 feet, of the South 55.00 feet of the North 385.00 feet of said Tract 5; Thence N 00°02'04” W, along said line, a distance of 55.0 feet to a 4” Concrete Monument with Pin; thence S 89°54'59” W, parallel with the North line of said Section 3, a distance of 68.17 feet; thence S. 72°33'47”W, a distance of 50.29 feet; Thence S. 00° 04'31”E, parallel with the centerline of Sawyer Road, a distance of 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
