NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003750 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and MONICA K. WHITTON F/K/A MONICA K. OLSEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MONICA K. WHITTON F/K/A MONICA K. OLSEN; TYLER DALE LAND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TYLER DALE LAND; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 13th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 56.55 FEET OF LOT 385 AND THE SOUTH 11.45 FEET OF LOT 386, UNIT NO. 3, EASTWOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 81 THROUGH 81A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
