NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000343 NC DIV. C, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA N.A. successor by merger to BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and JASON L. JARRETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON L. JARRETT; KEITH W. JARRETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEITH W. JARRETT IF ANY; TAMIE BURNS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPT OF REVENUE; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 14th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, BLOCK 1437, 29TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 13A THRU 13N, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
