Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 24th day of February, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-070418, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lee County's Public Auction website, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 14 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, IN BLOCK 68, OF WEST PART OF UNIT 12, SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.-A/K/A 709 NEWHALL ST E, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33936.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
