Bastardo, Colonnade at the Forum Homeowners' Association, Inc., The Forum at Ft. Myers Association, Inc., Unknown Parties in Possession #1 n/k/a Rachel Barney, and Unknown Parties in Possession #2 n/k/a Kiersten Ball are Defendants, on September 11, 2013, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 5, Block A, COLONNADE AT THE FORUM, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 79, Pages 72 through 83, inclusive, the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
