NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-002752 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GRANDE ISLE TOWERS I AND II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and LINDA R. ROBERTS and DANIEL C. ROBERTS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 am on the 15 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 204, Phase II, of GRANDE ISLE TOWERS I & II,a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4304, Page 4037, and subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida; the street address of which is: 3321 Sunset Key Circle #2-204 Punta Gorda, FL 33955.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
