NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 7th day of May 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-53482 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein United States of America is Plaintiff, and James Johnstone, Deceased, Unknown Heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants - claiming by, through, under or against James Johnstone, Deceased, Sadie Johnstone, Deceased, Unknown Heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants - claiming by, through, under or against Sadie Johnstone, Deceased and Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 9, WEDGEWOOD, SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 123 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property address: 343 Fleetwood Avenue, Lehigh Acres, Florida 33936.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
