NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 30, 2009 entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-059031 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 7 day of June, 2013 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK 1065, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 24, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, AT PAGES 64 THROUGH 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
