NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 15TH day of MAY, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-54093, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR9 is the Plaintiff and SAM MONTAGNA, CAPE HARBOUR AT CAPE CORAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., MARINA SOUTH AT CAPE HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., META AT CAPE HARBOUR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., JAMES LASKARIS A/K/A DIMITRIOS J. LASKARIS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT NO. 1406, OF MARINA SOUTH AT CAPE HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000301291, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
