NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 14 day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-56414, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-10 is the Plaintiff and PAULETTE GARDNER A/K/A PAULETTE A. GARDNER, ADAMS HOMES OF NORTHWEST FLORIDA, INC., BANK OF AMERICA, NA, COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES ASSOCIATION OF LEHIGH ACRES,INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAULETTE GARDNER, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) A/K/A EMILY MCDONALD, MATTHEW WILLIAMS and BRENDA WILLIAMS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
