Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 17, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-056067 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 15th day of August, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 25, UNIT 9, LEHIGH ESTATES, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
