NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed May 17, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-050707 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and GERALD F. LEESE A/K/A G LEESE A/K/A G F. LEESE A/K/A GERALD LEESE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK AA OF HERITAGE PALMS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGES 1 THROUGH 30, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
