A/K/A ABELARDO MENA; CARIDAD MENA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ROSE SUMMERS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A WILLIAM NOLAND are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
