NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 17, 2013 and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-052120 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JOZEF CHOCHOLAK; VALENTIN MATUSKA A/K/A VALENTINO MATUSKA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PORTOFINO MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; PORTOFINO II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 51-102 PORTOFINO II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4243, PAGE 223, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
