NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 17, 2013 and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-053061 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and EMIL KREPELKA A/K/A EMIL C. KREPELKA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; ROYAL GREENS AT GATEWAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KATIE A. DAVIS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A BRIAN C. UBRCH are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
