NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 3, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-056653 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on the 13 day of June, 2013 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
UNIT 1002 OF ARIEL CONDOMINIUM OF THE LANDINGS, A CONDOMINIUM COMMUNITY, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1644, PAGE 242, AND AS AMENDED, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
