That part of Lot Fifty-Four (54) of the REVISED MAP OF FLORIDA GARDENLANDS SUBDIVISION, as per map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, pages 42 & 43 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows: Start at the Southeast corner for a point of beginning; thence 80 feet North, thence 185 feet West, thence 80 feet South, thence 185 feet to the point of beginning. Property lying between the easements of the County Roads on the East & West sides.

That part of Lot 54, of the REVISED MAP OF FLORIDA GARDENLANDS SUBDIVISION, as per map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, pages 42 & 43 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows: Start at the Southeast corner of said lot, thence run West 185 feet for a point of beginning; thence run North 80 feet, thence West 25 feet, thence South 80 feet, thence East 25 feet to the point of beginning.
